Privacy policy

Last updated 14 October 2026. This policy explains what information Australia Migration Hub collects, why, and who handles it.

Calculator answers stay in your browser

The answers you enter in our calculators are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. If you use "Copy link to my result", your answers are stored in the part of the link after the # symbol, which browsers do not send to our servers. Anyone you share that link with can see those answers.

Information you send us

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. If you tick "Include my scores and occupation", we also receive your estimated scores and the occupation code you selected. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email.

We use this information only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list. Please don't send passport numbers, visa grant numbers or other sensitive documents.

Services that handle data for us

• Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from abuse. Its Turnstile check helps stop spam on the contact form, and its Web Analytics counts visits without cookies or tracking you across sites.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Zoho Mail hosts our email inbox, where enquiries are stored.

These providers may process or store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Asia. They handle it only to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security measures to protect the site and the contact form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@ausmigrationhub.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date.
